Event Description

The first Harpers Cars and Coffee of the year is this Sunday at West Town Mall. Who all can make it out to join us? I need to get a head count so I know how many people to reserve spots for. I know it's hard to ask for people to come out early on a Sunday morning but the weather should be nice so it will be crazy busy with thousands of people which means a great opportunity to share our EVs with the public and let them know there are other cars available besides gas cars. Also a great time to bring family out to check out all the new and old vehicles on display. We will be located near the Dillard’s entrance. Us organizers will usually get there early at 4:30-5:00am to reserve our rows of parking. You are welcome to attend that early. However, we advise anyone that wants to join us in our EV section to get there at or before 6:00 am as it becomes a madhouse traffic jam anytime later than 6:00am. They will not let you into our area after 8am. We suggest you enter the Montvue rd entrance as it's easiest to get to our location. Just enter the Mall parking and turn left and follow it around to the Dillard’s entrance that faces Kingston Pike. Look for our green feather flag, we are usually in the parking lot out front of the Dillard's door. The actual event runs from 8am-11am, then we are quickly asked to leave so the mall can open at noon. There will be other vendors with food and drinks as well as bathrooms available. This year I have added this event to the Drive Electric Earth Day Event listings. Please register to participate on the site, it will help boost our numbers for the area and help me keep a head count of the spaces I need to reserve. I plan to be there at 4:30am and I will have donuts for everyone.
