Mopar and High-Performance Vehicle Swap Meet & Car Corral.
Directions: Take I-270 west to Cemetery Road (exit #13). West 3/4 mile to Leap Road. North 1/2 mile to Northwest Parkway into the fairgrounds. Enter at Gate #5.
Host Hotel: Rodeway Inn, 3950 Parkway Lane, Hilliard, OH. (614)710-1060. Mention "Winter Classic" for special $49.99 room rate.
Show Hours: Saturday: 9:00am-4:00pm.
Vendor Check-in: Friday: Noon-5:00pm, Saturday: 8:00am-10am. No Saturday drive-in unloading. Drive-in loading begins at 3:30pm. Building must be vacated by 6:00pm Saturday.
Security: Hilliard Police are on site 24 hours a day and will be monitoring the facility.
Spectator Admission: $10.00 (9:00am-1:00pm). FREE ADMISSION FOR ALL AFTER 1:00pm. Special Needs individuals and Children under 12 always free.
Parking: FREE. Free overnight trailer parking is available.
Participant Admission:
Indoor Swap Meet: $45.00 10’x10’
Outdoor Swap Meet: $25.00 10’x20’
Outdoor Car Corral: $25.00 10’x20
Participant prices increases $5.00 each after Feb 1.
Car Corral and Swap Meet entry includes one (1) adult admission per space.
Indoor Swap Meet spaces include one (1) 8 ft. table with chair and free electricity.
Additional 8’ Tables: $10.00 each.
Additional Helper: $15.00 each Required for anyone in attendance during Friday check-in.
