Event Description

Update! We are so excited to start our Spring Kick Off Charity Event on April 24th @0830-1100am located at AACA Museum, Inc.! Our Charity is: Speranza Rescue (they will have a table that people can make donations or bring stuff: Request donations of the following items - -Bedding - new or used (but clean) blankets, sheets, comforters, large towels (no washcloths, hand towels or pillowcases please). -Canned wet dog food (Purina or Pedigree preferred). -Soft/moist dog treats. -Durable, non-squeaky toys for large dogs (no rawhides please). -Stuffed animals (no beans). -Contractor size trash bags (42 gallons or larger) What we need still: -Volunteers to direct and park traffic -Dj If you are wanting to become a vendor or a sponsor please email us at hersheycarsandcoffee@gmail.com For Sponsors it’s $250 and I will need logo to put on the back of our shirts. I will need them ASAP. There will be a $5 entrance fee and we respectfully ask no burnouts! We will be selling T-shirts for $25 and stickers for $5. Raffle tickets will be $1 a ticket $3 for 5 tickets. We will have the table set up for donations and to buy shirts, stickers, and raffle tickets.
