Event Description

Sunday is our relaxed car meet, lots of restaurants nearby for breakfast/brunch and even takeaway teas/coffees. Please see the new rules (under files tab in group) hope to see you all there - dogs welcome! SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES APPLY - LISTEN TO THE MARSHALS INSTRUCTIONS - YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND ACTIONS ***Every 2nd and last Sunday of the month*** PORT SOLENT CAR MEET RULES: All our events are fully insured and sponsored and supported by Port Solent Management. With careful consideration and to clear up all the confusion regarding the rules of the group/meets the following rules are going to apply: Vehicles that are welcome are: Hotrods All Classic Vehicles (pre-1995) All American Vehicles All Motor Bikes / Scooters All Supercars 400bhp plus Vehicles Kit Cars Tractors and Classic Industrial and Military Vehicles All Emergency Vehicles If you are unsure if your vehicle fits into the above categories then please email me on portsolentcarmeet@outlook.com. You may also email the above if you feel you have an unusual or different vehicle that you would like to show (if you can include a photograph of your vehicle then that will help enormously). Please do not be offended if your vehicle is turned away, but there is a free public car park immediately adjacent to the event where you can park and still view the cars. Please be respectful to Port Solent and their visitors by driving sensibly and not playing music. Please park within the bays and were the marshals point you to park, please be respect to the Marshalls & others. Burnouts, excessive revving of engines and popping will not be tolerated and any transgressors will be asked to leave. If you help Marshal you can show your car even if it does not fit the criteria. All Sunday meets will start at 10am till 12.30
