Overview: One of the big clubs locally, Idaho Chariots, is hosting their Tribute to American Graffiti Car Show on Saturday, June 19th. This is a free to attend and free to show event. They are happy to have us arrive together and are hoping to park us together. Date & Times: Saturday June 19th, 2021 Meetup: 8:00 am (Come a bit earlier if you want an awesome breakfast bagel sandwich from Sarah’s Bagel Café) Driver’s meeting at 8:25 am Mount up and head out at 8:30am Stop at bridge at Lake Lowell for photo opp at about 8:55 am Arrive at the show off of Eagle Road at around 9:40 am Meet-up: Let’s meet in the parking lot of the Nampa True Value & Sarah’s Bagel Café (509 12th Ave Rd, Nampa 83686) The Cruise: We’ll head down 12th, which turns into ID-45 Turn right on to Lake Shore Drive. This curves around the south side of Lake Lowell. Pretty fun road, but there are lots of houses, so please be respectful. :) We’ll turn on to Riverside Road, and stop along the bridge, which is a pretty good photo opp location. We’ll then head up to ID-55, then take Farmway Rd up to US-20/US-26. We’ll be on that all the way until we turn left on Eagle, then right on E Colchester The Google Maps route: https://goo.gl/maps/Z8dpcspUQZ7Ed53Z7 The Show: There’s a group that travels and puts on these shows with Tribute cars and displays from the movie American Graffiti. The show is free, and Idaho Chariots mentioned some dash plaques for those that register, which appears there’s no pre-registration, so just register at the show. Should be another cool event!
