Event Description

Update! We are so excited for our next event. Hershey Cars and Coffee Back to School Edition Charity Event on August 15 @0830-1100 am located at AACA Museum, Inc.! Our Charity is: Detailing for Dyslexia. All the funds go to The Children's Dyslexia Center of Lancaster. THE ENTRANCE FEE OF $5 GOES TO THE CHARITY What we need still: -Volunteers to direct and park traffic If you are wanting to become a vendor or a sponsor please email us at hersheycarsandcoffee@gmail.com For Sponsors it’s $250 and I will need logo to put on the back of our shirts. I will need them ASAP. There will be a $5 entrance fee and we respectfully ask no burnouts! We will be selling T-shirts for $25 and stickers for $5. Raffle tickets will be $1 a ticket $3 for 5 tickets. We will have the table set up for donations and to buy shirts, stickers, and raffle tickets.
