Event Description

Schedule: Registration - 8:00 - 9:00am Drivers Meeting - 9:30am First car out - 10:00am Where: Road America N7390 WI-67, Plymouth, WI Enter through Gate 4 on County J Notice to Participants: In light of the current COVID-19 situation, every attempt will be made to minimize the risks of exposure to the virus. New processes and procedures are being developed and will be put into place for events going forward. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to assess the risk to you, both on-track and off, and to make the decision on whether or not to participate. If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath please stay home. If you have been in contact with someone who has been experiencing these symptoms in the last two weeks, please stay home. While on site please take the health and safety of your fellow participants, volunteers and staff into consideration and practice social distancing, wear a mask, and wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer frequently. Following CDC and SCCA guidelines, the Fox Valley Sports Car Club is enacting the following protocol for our events due to the COVID-19 Pandemic: Health Self check We be asking a few questions to all onsite about their health but we ask that you complete this self-assessment before coming to the track Check for the following symptoms: Cough Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing Fever Chills Muscle pain Sore throat New loss of taste or smell Self Tech Procedures We all that all participants check their car before coming to the track for the following: No leaking fluids Battery & fluid caps secured No loose suspension parts No corded tires Loose items in the cabin stowed Drivers side floor mat removed Functioning seat belt DOT or Snell approved helmet Firm Brake pedal Large and legible numbers on the car - contrasting color tape, eg no blue tape on blue cars! We will still be doing a quick tech check for all cars. Loaner helmets will not be available No spectators. Only registered participants will be allowed into the facility. No ride-alongs Due to not allowing ride alongs, we will not have instructors available. Because of this restriction we strongly discourage first timers from attending our events at this time. Social distancing: we ask that during the event you maintain at least 6 ft of separation wherever practical, if this is not being followed during the event, you may be asked to leave. Face Coverings: We encourage that all participants wear and appropriate face mask when possible when at the event If you are unable to attend due to not feeling well, please contact us by 9am on the day of the event and we will refund your registration fee Please plan on brining your own food and drinks to the event, at this time it is not known if the Gear Box will be open or not. Autocross Requirements: -DOT Helmet -Must pass basic tech inspection -Valid drivers license -Must be 18 years of age to participate -Must sign a waiver before entering the property SCCA Solo Regulations and Classes will apply at this event. Be there! We will run rain or shine! $50. $40 for FVSCC members. The entry field is limited. When online registration is full you will be added to the waitlist.
