Event Description

Cars & Coffee of the Upstate is partnering with the BMW Car Club of America Foundation to host a combination Food Drive and Cars & Coffee event on Saturday, March 27 from 8:00am to 11:30am. The Food Drive will benefit Greer Community Ministries supporting the many still in need in the Upstate. The event will be held at the BMW CCA Foundation Museum at 190 Manatee Ct. Greer, SC, which is off of Highway 101 next to the BMW Performance Center. The food drive challenge is to equal the weight of the Alpina X7 that will be on display. It will be a tough challenge as the Alpina X7 weighs in at 5,800 pounds. Start gathering your items now. There will also be a couple of new BMW M4s on display as well. There will be close to 600 spots available and the field will be clearly marked. As there are still Covid-19 protocols in effect, the Foundation is requiring masks be worn and social distancing be observed during the event. Additional Items of Note: - The Pound 4 Pound Sweet Treats food truck will be on site. - The BMW Performance Center will have an information booth setup. - The BMW Factory HR team will have a recruiting tent on-site. - The Foundation Museum will have a tent with store items for purchase. - The Foundation Museum will be open and allow up to 40 people inside at any given time.
