Event Description

Cars & Coffee Ocean City Coffee Beanery, 94th Street & Coastal Highway Join us for a cruise to Cars & Coffee OC. Don’t forget to bring your chairs. You can join us for the cruise or just meet us there. The event usually starts around 9 am and goes to around noon. Our plan is to arrive shortly after 9:00 am. Stay as long as you like, leave when you want. Of course, it's “weather permitting.” We will be cruising by way of Coastal Highway. Traffic should not be a problem as it will be early Sunday morning & it's after Labor Day. We will be stopping off at the Wawa at 121st Street & Coastal Hwy for those that want to get coffee & a snack as many of us did not like "waiting in line" at the Coffee Beanery. It's up to you where you get your coffee & snack, but we would like you to hang with us in the Wawa so we can enter the Cars & Coffee event as a group. But if you want to go on to the Coffee Beanery, feel free. SPECIAL NEWS: Some of our friends from the Shore Vettes Club (that's the Eastern Shore Corvette Club in case you are wondering) plan on showing up. Always fun when we run into other club's members at events because Corvette people are the best! Meeting Spots. Rehoboth Beach and Points North - Depart @ 8:00 am. WAWA Gas Station, Veterans Way & Coastal Highway, Rehoboth Beach. Near Blue Coast and Thompson Island Restaurants. Bethany Beach Area - Depart approximately 8:20/8:30 am. We will be doing a drive-by and swing into the parking lot of Fins Ale House & Raw Bar/Summer Salts Beach Grill. It's on Market Place on the southbound side of Coastal Highway. This will literally be a “drive-by.” We will not be waiting for anyone. Fenwick Island Area - Depart approximately 8:40/8:45 am. We will be doing a drive-by and swing into the parking lot of The Sun & Surf Cinema at 144/143 Street, Ocean City. This will also be a “drive-by.” We will not be waiting for anyone. Save the Wave!
