Special Color Guard Presentation by the Loves Park VFW Club... sponsored by Humana. Winnebago County Sheriff's Dept will be onsite with a bigger than usual display... and even a visit from Winnebago County Sheriff Caruana himself! Decorate your vehicle in red, white and blue decorations for a chance to win prizes. Also, wear your best/silliest red, white and blue outfit for a chance to win prizes.
