Event Description

Get your jingle on and join us on Sat., Dec. 12th (7:30a-10:00a) for a special holiday edition of Cars and Coffee Dallas benefitting North Texas Food Bank, Plano. SHOW CARS - see rules below (show car entry fee required). Spectators are encouraged to help support North Texas Food Bank (https://ntfb.org/) by donating food (suggested $20 minimum value - see most needed items below) or by purchasing a cup of coffee from Gearhead Coffee who will be donating 50% of coffee sales to NTFB. MOST NEEDED ITEMS: Canned fruit in juice, Peanut Butter, Cereal Bars, Canned Tuna. SHOW CAR RULES: 1. If your car is granted access to the show, you will be required to donate food from the list above (minimum $20 value) or a minimum of $25 (cash or credit – no change will be made). 2. Only show car quality vehicles will be accepted for entry. Late model vehicles (2000 and newer) will be restricted. All cars are subject to review. Limited examples of each model will be selected. 3. Classic BMW will reserve the right to deny entry at any time at their discretion. If the event staff does not consider a vehicle show worthy, you will be asked to be a spectator and park your vehicle in a spectator parking lot located off site. 4. Gates open at 7:30am. 5. CODE OF CONDUCT: No burnouts, no revving or rude behavior will be tolerated. You will be removed from the show. No Grinches allowed.
